Gianfranco De Girolamo once served the United States Department of Justice, taking on the role of an Honors Program Attorney Advisor at the Los Angeles immigration court. There, he was responsible for conducting research, drafting opinions, and providing counsel to immigration judges. Gianfranco made his journey to the United States in 2012 and proudly became a citizen in 2015. He is multilingual, fluently speaking, reading, and writing in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Gianfranco's origins trace back to a quaint medieval village in Southern Italy where he was born and raised. Before making Los Angeles his home, he had the experience of living in countries such as Mexico, China, and England. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Università Orientale Napoli and a Master’s of Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He earned his law degree from UCLA School of Law in December 2016. By June 2017, he had been admitted to the State Bar of California, and as of May 2023, he has been recognized as a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law.

Attorney Marco Pacheco obtained his Law Degree from the University of Monterrey (UdeM). Additionally, he obtained his Masters of Laws (LLM) at St. Mary’s University, in San Antonio TX. Subsequently, he became a member of the Texas and New York Bar. During his many years of legal experience, Attorney Marco Pacheco has advised thousands of clients in their immigration planning to the United States, navigating with them the complexities of immigration law. His experience and familiarity with the immigration system enables him to successfully advocate for his clients. In 2016, Attorney Marco Pacheco started his own firm. Today his firm has expanded and is known to provides legal representation to his clients, both immigrants and international companies. Attorney Marco Pacheco is licensed to practice immigration law in the United States and Mexico.

Alfonso Couceiro has more than twelve years of experience professionally advising his clients. He graduated in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas in 2009, in Madrid (Spain). Additionally, in 2010 he graduated in Business Administration and Management and Finance from the same university, taking part of his studies at the McCombs School of Business of the University of Texas at Austin.

Subsequently, he continued his studies at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law, graduating in 2016 with his Master of Laws. In 2016, he was awarded by the UCLA School of Law with The Masin Family Academic Excellence Gold Award. Mr. Alfonso Couceiro has worked for years in high-profile international Law Firms, advising Multinational Companies and international clients, specializing in the Areas of Corporate Law, International Taxation, and Immigration. At the beginning of 2017, he decided to become independent and found his own Firm, now Pacheco Couceiro. Alfonso Couceiro is licensed as a lawyer in Texas and Spain and speaks English, Spanish, French, and Italian.

Raúl Ruvalcaba it’s a graduate of the St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and a former Assistant Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He was recruited by the Department of Homeland Security through the OPLA STAR program after a successful internship where he focused primarily on legal analysis of the interplay between federal and state criminal statutes. As a result of his time as an ICE prosecutor, attorney Ruvalcaba focuses on removal defense cases bringing a unique perspective to DGOPC and a wealth of litigation experience involving issues ranging from asylum to national security.
